2024 Topps Inception Baseball was released for pre-sale on Topps.com on June 18, 2025 and quickly sold out.
Hobby Boxes of 2024 Topps Inception Baseball contains one pack per box. That single pack includes 7 cards per pack. There are 8 hobby boxes per hobby case.
Each hobby box contains 1 autograph or autograph relic card, 2 base card parallels and 4 Base or Base SP. Hobby boxes are pre-selling for $300-375.

The base set of 2024 Topps Inception Baseball consists of 125 cards. The first 100 cards are normal base cards, with the final 25 cards being short prints. Short Prints (SP’s) fall roughly 1:2 boxes.

Things are…fuzzy. Not that long ago, Topps Inception was a fairly reasonably cost high-end product. Prices are going up quick, year after year. That being said, hobby boxes appear to be selling solidly for above the drop prices.
With the price of 2024 being higher, there are no guarantees. A lot will depend on the quality of the rookie class. If you like this year’s rookie class, perhaps these are worth a buy-and-hold.
What about singles? What can a look at recent sales of 2023 Topps Inception tell us about the potential high water mark for 2024?
