This year, Topps serves the Force collectors with another chromium treatment. We are referring, of course, to the 2021 Topps Chrome Star Wars Legacy release. So without further ado, here is the 2021 Topps Chrome Star Wars Legacy Review.

The Topps Chrome Galaxy released in August focused on art, while Legacy highlights the latest adventures in the Star Wars Cinematic universe. In addition, the release aims to attract hobby attention with its signature (pardon the pun) Single and Dual Autographs.

The 2021 Topps Chrome Star Wars Legacy was released on October 20^th. As of now, there is only one release format available.

Master Hobby Box

• 5 cards per pack
• 6 packs per mini-box
• 2 mini-boxes per master box
• 8 master boxes per case
• 2 Guaranteed hits per master box (1 in each mini-box), including one autograph or sketch card.
• 1 Additional Autograph, Sketch or Medallion Cards

2021 Topps Chrome Star Wars Legacy Value

A relatively new series with just one previous release under its wings, placing a value on it is pretty tricky as we do not yet know how well it will age. However, last year there was another Star Wars Chrome release, which we can compare it to as well.

Wax Value

A factory-sealed hobby box of the 2019 Topps Chrome Star Wars Legacy is available for $199 on eBay. The price is disappointing for anyone hoping to flip for a profit immediately; however, it isn’t a total loss for one willing to play the waiting game. It’s worth pointing out that this is a new release, and no one knows how it’ll age. Our advice, however, is to get a box, it’s moderately priced, and you’ll always be able to make some profit off it.

2019 Topps Chrome Star Wars Legacy features an impressive array of autos. With a guaranteed two hit cards per hobby box (Autograph, Sketch, or Medallion), investors are sure to at least recoup the price per box going by how much they are selling.

However, the collecting community is pretty hyped over this year’s release. It highlights several iconic moments in one of the most famous cinematic universes in the world. Additionally, we believe this is a good investment considering its Master Hobby box is pegged at $189, and the series is in its infancy.
