Image Variations offer up alternate photos for cards of 35 cards from the base set, with a focus on some of the bigger names in the set.

Base Autographs offers up autographs on a whopping 157 subjects, with the base set design. The checklist is made up of rookies, major league veterans, and some retired greats. While the big checklist means a lot of variety, it also means that many autographs “hits” may not be that exciting.

Prices are admittedly all over the place, including within a single year. The prices seem to suggest that there is some potential for some upside with these boxes, or they’ll at least hold their value well in the short term. Any gains won’t be huge, but there are products that age worse, for certain.

The high water mark was a 2023 Topps Stadium Club Adley Rutschman Gold Rainbow Foil Auto 1/1 that sold for around $1,700. A 2023 Topps Stadium Club Autographs Orange Foil Shohei Ohtani /5 sold for around $1,500, as did a 2023 Stadium Club Image Variation Gunnar Henderson in a PSA 10 slab.
The rest of the cards over or near $1,000 are rarer cards of big names like Ohtani, Henderson, and Harper.
Prices drop from there, but with a buy-in price of $140, a shot at cards worth $1,000-1,500 is a solid high-end, if not quite as high as you might find in a more expensive box.
