2024 Topps Tier One Baseball value

2024 Topps Tier One Baseball is a high-end, hits-focused product. But is it a good candidate to invest in unopened? Let’s take a look at recent comp prices for hobby boxes from the last few years and see what they can tell us.

Shop for 2024 Topps Tier One Baseball boxes on eBay

YearHobby Box Recent Comp Price
2024$250
2023$230
2022$200
2021$200

The boxes appear to hold their value reasonably well, but nothing suggests these are likely to significantly increase in value if held unopened.

In terms of singles, what can a look at recent sale prices of 2023 Topps Tier One Baseball tell us about the potential for 2024?

The high water mark was a Limited Lumber Bo Jackson 1/1 Bat Barrel Auto PSA 9, which sold for $3,500. An Autographed Bat Knob Relic 1/1 and a Bobby Witt Jr. Game Used Bat Knob 1/1 both sold for around $2,000. From there, there are a few cards around $1,000, and prices drop from there.

This suggests that there’s a solid chance for good ROI on the high end, but it’s far from guaranteed.
